browserslist-data provides browser compatibility data (caniuse,
electron-to-chromium, node releases) for the browserslist-rs crate.
It contains usage statistics and version mappings used to determine
browser support targets.

The upstream source ships pre-generated data files which are stripped
in a +ds repack. The data is rebuilt at build time from
node-caniuse-lite, node-electron-to-chromium, and node-browserslist
using the included generate-data tool.

This package is needed as a dependency of rust-browserslist-rs, which
in turn is required by rust-swc-core to enable the swc_ecma_preset_env
crate for node-rollup v4 in Debian.
