Bug#1140772: RFS python-requests-futures

Dear Python team,

I've done some work to adopt orphaned python-requests-futures.

ITA bug is #1140772.

I've forked the package salsa repo from the orphaned private repo to
https://salsa.debian.org/python-team/packages/python-requests-futures and
pushed my changes there.

Salsa-CI report is green.

If someone can review my work and, if okay, upload and/or give me upload
rights, that would be great.
