  Description     : MikroTik compatible EoIP tunnel

EoIP (Ethernet over IP) is a MikroTik RouterOS compatible protocol that
transports Ethernet frames over an IPv4 or IPv6 network, presenting a
transparent layer 2 link between two endpoints.

The implementation is split between userpace management tool and two
kernel modules. My main reason not to package it earlier is that the
IPv4 module required modifications and replacement of gre.ko but that
is no longer required.

Nothing depends on this package.

There are other Mikrotik RouterOS compatible implementations but all of
them are userspace and they are lacking in performance.

I plan to maintain it myself, but co-maintainers are always welcome.

I need a sponsor for the initial upload.
