Package: wnpp Severity: wishlist Owner: jjbrucker <[email protected]> X-Debbugs-Cc: [email protected], [email protected] * Package name : printer-driver-peripage-a40 Version : 0.1.1 Upstream Contact: Jean-Jacques B. <[email protected]> * URL : https://codeberg.org/djibian/printer-driver-peripage-a40 * License : GPL-3.0-only Programming Lang: C Description : CUPS driver for PeriPage / Munbyn A40 thermal printers A CUPS raster filter and PPD for the PeriPage / Munbyn A40 (SD) A4 thermal printer, which the manufacturer does not support on Linux. The printer is a standard USB printer-class device (/dev/usb/lp1); only USB is required. . The filter converts CUPS raster into the printer's native "XPP" protocol (a 0x10 0xFF control stream plus GS v 0 bit-images), reverse-engineered from the vendor macOS driver and cross-checked with bitrate16/peripage-python. . Print width 1728 px at 203 dpi, adjustable darkness (0-5). I am maintaining it. I am looking for "co-maintainers" or "human backup". I don't think I need a sponsor as I think I known quite well how Debian Operating system is working — I'm leading the djibian blend: https://foopgp.org/solutions/djibian/ (This package already exist on djibian)
