It seems that over the years I have taken over maintenance for
too many packages and I cannot really give all of them the care
that they deserve. Thus, I request an adopter for the libzstd package.

The package is currently under the maintenance of the Debian RPM
packaging team; it might be best if it remained there, since there are
a couple of other RPM-ecosystem-related packages that depend on
the drpm library.

The package description is:
 The libdrpm package provides a library for making, reading and applying
 deltarpms, compatible with the original deltarpm packages.
