Bug#1126523: ITP: openarc -- ARC (authenticated Received chain) milter

Hi all,

Just wanted to chime in and say that, for as long as ARC will be 
relevant, I am also most happy to contribute to (and co-maintain) the 
Debian packaging.

I was actually just looking at starting a wishlist bug against the 
current openarc package, as I hadn't been getting any replies from Mr 
Buergin via email. And then I found this thread!

If there's anything left to do, please give a shout. I used to package 
this on the AUR for Arch Linux [0].
