 pynmeagps reads, parses, creates and serializes National Marine Electronics
 Association (NMEA) messages. It primarily supports the NMEA 0183 messages
 used by GNSS and GPS receivers, including standard, proprietary and
 user-defined message types.

 The library can consume file, serial and socket streams and provides helpers
 for coordinate, date, time and checksum handling.
