Safe Rust bindings for WebKitGTK 6.0 (the GTK4-based WebKit port), part of
the gtk-rs/GNOME "World" bindings family alongside gtk4-rs and libadwaita-rs,
which are already packaged in Debian.

This is a build-dependency of an upcoming rewrite of the `stremio` package
(a GTK4/WebKitGTK media center client, reusing wishlist bug #943703): the
current upstream (stremio-linux-shell) switched from CEF to WebKitGTK6
starting with its v1.0.0 release. Also needed: rust-webkit6-sys,
rust-javascriptcore6, rust-javascriptcore6-sys (separate ITPs).
