Low-level FFI bindings to libwebkitgtk-6.0 (already packaged in Debian as
libwebkitgtk-6.0-dev), underlying the safe rust-webkit6 crate.

Needed for the same reason as rust-webkit6 (see that ITP) — a build
dependency of an upcoming WebKitGTK6-based rewrite of `stremio`
(wishlist bug #943703). Packaging note: its ABI-verification test suite
unconditionally checks a struct (WebKitImageClass) that does not exist in
Debian's WebKitGTK 2.52.4 — a version/gir-files mismatch upstream, not a
Debian packaging issue, and not gated behind any of the crate's own
version features — so the test suite is marked broken. No patch needed
otherwise. Already packaged and verified (full build + autopkgtest +
lintian) against unstable; will upload once this bug is assigned.
