Description : A simple, cross-platform crate for interfacing with Discord's IPC

Pure-Rust client for Discord's local IPC socket, used to publish "Rich
Presence" status (what a user is currently doing/watching) to Discord. No
C library dependencies.

Needed as a mandatory (non-optional-feature) dependency of an upcoming
WebKitGTK6-based rewrite of `stremio` (wishlist bug #943703), which uses it
to show what's currently playing in the user's Discord status. Packaging
note: its only use of uuid (Uuid::new_v4().to_string(), two call sites) is
unchanged between uuid 0.8 (declared upstream) and 1.x (shipped by
Debian), so a one-line version-bump patch is enough. Its own integration
test needs a real Discord client listening on the local IPC socket, so
the test suite is marked broken for a sandboxed build. Already packaged
and verified (full build + autopkgtest + lintian) against unstable with
this patch; will upload once this bug is assigned.
