release-notes for Wheezy: arm64

Hi,

I just stumbled over release-notes for arm64 (!) for Wheezy:
https://www.debian.org/releases/wheezy/arm64/

But more curious than that, it promotes itself as 
"Release Notes for Debian 8 (jessie), 64-bit ARM", see 
https://www.debian.org/releases/wheezy/arm64/release-notes/index.en.html

Apparently there is something wrong in the r-n build system?
