No it's currently not. There are also no plans to get tax-exempt status
as so far there was no demand for it. The assiciation itself does
currently not pay any taxes as we are below the threshold to pay taxes.

If there is demand for tax-exempt donations we could investigate this.
We looked into this for DC13 and it would be some work, but not
too hard or impossible.

The webserver currently runs on a server managed by Philipp. He has to
answer that. I don't see any reason not to enable SSL.
