The file list links for packages in experimental, e.g.

https://packages.debian.org/experimental/all/libpocl1-common/filelist
https://packages.debian.org/experimental/amd64/beignet/filelist

do not work; they say

Error

No such package in this suite on this architecture.

This isn't #703237, as changing experimental to rc-buggy doesn't help.
