The JavaScript on the Debian wiki should add metadata to help LibreJS
users make a decision about allowing JS on the Debian wiki.
The task involves:
* researching the copyright holders of the JS
* clarifying the license of the JS
* reading the LibreJS specifications
* proposing patches to Debian wiki admins
* proposing patches to the MoinMoin upstream developers
