Bug#781809: base-files: /etc/os-release support URL points to non existing page

http://www.debian.org/support/ => https://www.debian.org/support/ => 404

http://www.debian.org/support => http://www.debian.org/support => works

So, it just doesn´t work with / at the end.

So either change base-files to without / at the end of the URL or make / at 
the end of the URL work :)
