Minimize changings

Hi Cord,

recently you changed
	/webwml/english/MailingLists/index.wml
to add one sentence.

Instead of simply adding a new line or two, you did many cosmetic-only
changings (changing line-breaks).
Don't do that!
It adds much additional work for translators.

Instead of a diff which adds two lines, now we have a diff with
17 lines!

If you want to do cosmetic-only changings nevertheless, also sync
translations too. Since translators don't want to waste time for that.
