New doumentation - Hamradio Maintainers Guide

Hi,

The Debian Hamradio Maintainers has produced a guide with documentation
about how the team operates. This is packages in hamradio-maintguide and
HTML and PDF files are built there.

Would it be possible to have a cron job extract the HTML and PDF files from
the package in unstable and present them on the website under /doc/?
