Bug#526613: wiki.debian.org, community icon

Hello Paul Wise,

I saw on Request Artwork page, the request for a new community icon.
here is a submission for the community icon on the wiki:

I was unable to send a mail to Debian bug #526613 (because it's a bug
archived ?) in order to annonce my submission.
So I'm writting to you directly.

How can I annonce this submission ?
