Bug#808262: www.debian.org: http://planet.debian.org/opml.xml produces an error because there is a non-escaped char " in one feed title

For what ever it is worth, I get the same error using "chromium" as well. So I don't think it is just "Iceweasle" . However if I use "Netsurf",it seems to take me to a "download", Is that what it is supposed to do ? It appears to be a valid link with "netsurf" and if I wanted I could download it.
