In January I discovered that the only non-archive email address behind
[email protected] is bouncing. This means that Debian needs a new

All this does is email [email protected] so it would probably be
worse to have this working than to keep it broken until Debian has a
partners team again.

I will leave that up to any new Debian partners team that may arise.
