Package: www.debian.org
Severity: normal

For option APT::AutoRemove::RecommendsImportant,

https://www.debian.org/doc/manuals/aptitude/ch02s05s05.en.html
contains:

  Description: If this option is true, then aptitude will not consider
  packages to be unused (and thus will not automatically remove them)
  as long as any installed package recommends them, even if
  APT::Install-Recommends is false. [...]

https://www.debian.org/doc/manuals/aptitude/ch02s05s05.fr.html
contains:

  Description : Si cette option vaut true, aptitude ne considérera
  pas les paquets comme inutilisés (et donc ne les retirera pas
  automatiquement) aussi longtemps qu'un paquet installé les
  recommande, même si Aptitude::Recommends-Important a la valeur
  false. [...]

i.e. the en version mentions APT::Install-Recommends while the fr
version mentions Aptitude::Recommends-Important.
