Incorrect hyperlink to ARM64 port release notes

Hi,
	On the page https://www.debian.org/ports/, I see that the release notes 
hyperlink for the ARM64 port is incorrectly linked to 
https://www.debian.org/releases/stable/armhf/release-notes/, instead of 
https://www.debian.org/releases/stable/arm64/release-notes/.

Let me know if this is not the right place to report this issue and I 
should report this somewhere else.
