So, since debian-policy 3.9.7 there is a document describing
autopkgtest.  I'd like having this reachable through www.d.o as all the
other policy documents already are.

Julien Cristau pointed me to

I'm going to guess that's all needed is some addition to that script.

I don't have a particular opinion on where this/these file(s) should be.
