Hello again

I have created another branch:

"untranslatable", for the approach of "a git repo hosting the
untranslatable files, until we migrate everything to git".

Work in this branch/approach is towards designing a new workflow in
order to allow people to use a git repo to commit changes to certain
files only (the .def, .data, etc) that are not translatable and thus,
could be "copied" or "pulled" into the website tree at build time, right
after or before we do the "cvs update".

I guess that we should remove in this branch:
* the files that are translatable in the /english folder
* all the language folders

(and if we agree this is the way to go, then we should remove, from the
CVS repo, the files that are in the git repo created with this branch).

Cheers
