Uppercase Yot lacking & Small Digamma misplacing in VL-PGothic-Regular.ttf

Greek Small Letter Digamma
fileformat.info/info/unicode/char/03dd  in VineLinux font
"VL PGothic" leftwardly crosses left boundary of its
character width field, while it should not do it.

Vine Linux font "VL PGothic" contains all Greek letters
except one, namely Greek Capital Letter Yot which exists
since Unicode 7.0 as follows:
fileformat.info/info/unicode/char/037f

Can you please add Greek Capital Letter Yot to Vine Linux
VL-PGothic-Regular.ttf and can you please adjust character
width field so Greek Small Letter Digamma will be completely
inside its character width field?
