#623586 is a general website design bug with a specific complaint
about how the stylesheet affects packages.d.o so I'd keep both tags.

The packages.d.o front page redirects to the website and the links
requested by #362009 could conceivably be useful on both the
website/front page and on the per-suite pages on packages.d.o.
