For the images directory, I couldn't make it work using only a top level 
folder. Improvements welcome.

OTOH, both images and descriptions will change with the years, and we'd 
like to keep history. This is the reason for keeping separate 
partners.data for each year.

For now the content is the same, but it's my plan to clean up these 
three partners.data files (for the past years, remove obsolete partners, 
and contact this years' partners so they update their descriptions).
