Please add link to build logs for a package

Hi Everyone,

I'm trying to find Debian's build logs fro the Crypto++ library. The
Crypto++ package is located at
https://packages.debian.org/sid/libcrypto++-dev. However, I can't find
the build logs.

My ultimate goal is to see which CXXFLAGS Debian is building the
library with (and without bothering the package maintainer). Searching
the page for the word "Build" results in 0 hits.

Please add another info link that provides the build information.
