Missing "kernel-package" in stretch

Hi,

I just tried to find information about packet "kernel-package" in
stretch. But the url 
https://packages.debian.org/de/stretch/kernel-package
leads to a 404 Error (in german "Paket in dieser Suite nicht
verfügbar").

I just find out that this package is missing in the repo too. So it may
be not an error of the web site but the packaging infrastructure.

Or is this package no longer needed?
