Looks good to me.

Only one comment/suggestion: if we'd like answers to the cdvendors 
alias, maybe it's needed to  clarify the "let us know" part, e.g. "let 
us know (reply to [email protected])" or something like that. Plus 
setting the reply-to field of the email to the alias.
