Tip: you can fix the English page and all of the translations at the
same time and bump the translation-check headers by running this
command from the webwml top-level directory:
./smart_change.pl -s
"s{http://ftp.ics.uci.edu/pub/ietf/http/related/iso639.txt}{https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_ISO_639-1_codes}g"
english/devel/website/translating.wml
I've done this just now for the translations. This avoids every
translator having to do this individually.
It is also a good idea to search the website for other links to this
page and fix them at the same time, but it doesn't look like there are
any other links to that file.
