It might be a good idea to consult the release team about this.

Personally I think I prefer to use the English terms, but maybe
putting the tech jargon in quotes next to the codenames would be best?

All of <q>stable</q>, <q>oldstable</q> and <q>oldoldstable</q> are
suite names that are technical jargon that users usually won't
interact with outside of the sources.list file.

I wonder if a table would be a better way to structure the list, we
could take some inspiration from Ubuntu or other distros and list the
dates.
