You could also just use mini.iso to do the install, but if you plan to do an install fully-offline then you will need a full set of installation ISOs. Most of the world has a good network link. Most people will just do online installs. So jidgo is not needed by most of the world. There are of course exceptions to this where jidgo is still needed.
