but given that at the bottom of the page there is a

The page organization.*.html was build last time 10 March 2018. OTOH the
data that we use to generate the page was modified last time (before
these my commits) on 9 March 2018. So I'm not sure why that "Last
Modified:" is not being updated.

I leave this bug open for the case anybody knows how to fix the "Last
Modified" issue. AFAIK the timestamp is generated by this file:
