Typo in /devel/wnpp/index.html

Hi www-List,

I think I found a little mistake on the website that -- imho -- should
be corrected.

In the paragraph

"Of course, the easiest way of closing these bugs is to include an entry
in the package changelog saying what you've done and append (closes:
bug#nnnnn) to it. This way the bug will be closed automatically after
the new package gets installed into the archive."

there's the howto to close the bug "(closes:
bug#nnnnn)". I think it should be "(Closes: #bugnumber)" as it is in the
paragraph "Removing entries" - "O".
