In https://www.debian.org/CD/http-ftp/ we include a reference to the
curl and wget tools.

I did a quick search but couldn't find a (free) software called 'whet',
do you mind to post an URL to the project page? This way maybe we can
add it to the web page or maybe a related wiki page.
