Bug#845297: Renamed salsa subtree to host the tests repo (to https://salsa.debian.org/webmaster-team/tests )

Hello all
Since we'll need the "webwml" namespace to host the actual migration of the
website, I've renamed the subgroup that was hosting the tests repos. Now we have:

https://salsa.debian.org/webmaster-team/tests/test_webwml - 1st test "git
cvsimport" migration (discarded)

https://salsa.debian.org/webmaster-team/tests/test_webwml_cvs2git - 1st test
"cvs2git" migration (truncated git messages)

https://salsa.debian.org/webmaster-team/tests/test2_webwml_cvs2git - 2nd test
"cvs2git" migration (with patched git, complete git messages)

I'll send another message with the current status and plan for the migration.
