Links need updated for 9.5 point release

It would seem that a 9.5 point release was made yesterday and several
people have come into #debian on freenode saying the netinst links
were broken. The links still point to 9.4 which have been moved from
/current/ after the point release. Its been over 12 hours now and the
links are still broken so I figured I'd mention it. Cheers.
