The debian-www mailing list is only for the development of the webpages, not
for user support. If you need support, please use our user support mailing
list: https://lists.debian.org/debian-user/ instead of replying on debian-www
list.

For this specific problem, please visit https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/freeipa
 [1] to find out the development process of freeipa in Debian. My finding is
that the freeipa-server package only exists in Debian Experimental and has not
yet entered Debian Unstable/Testing/Stable due to the package maintainers'
choice. You may directly get into contact with the package maintainer using
the contact information on [1] if you have further questions.
