I cannot reproduce this. Could you try again, and give us more details?

E.g. If you can access these URLs:

https://www.debian.org/security/2019/dsa-4393
https://www.debian.org/security/2019/dsa-4393.html
https://www.debian.org/security/2019/dsa-4393.en.html
https://www.debian.org/security/2019/dsa-4393.es.html

if it only happens when clicking the advisories from the homepage maybe
it was not loaded correctly and refreshing it is enough to fix the issue.
