We should remove related_links.wml completely.

"Software that is DFSG compliant" just lists some projects but why
those and not others that are also DFSG compliant?

"Miscellaneous GNU/Linux links"
DebianForum.de, exDebian, Korean Debian Users should go into the
support page of the corresponding language, if not already done.

Linux.com, Linux.org, Freshcode, SourceForge are random links, which
gives not more information about Debian.

"User groups": the domain luglist.com is dead, not in DNS any more.

"Other Free Operating System Projects" again some non-Debian specific
links.
