I've cleanuped most cvsinore content in https://deb.li/D5uF.

Still some entries left, but I don't know if this is still needs to be
merged into gitignore.

I guess we can also remove those files:

cvsup.py
cvs-revisions
Perl/Local/Cvsinfo.pm
Perl/Local/VCS_CVS.pm

Any objections? I can do the rest of the cleanup.
