Could you add a redirect instead of breaking links from other
documentation, please?  In line with Cool URIs Don't Change,
https://www.w3.org/Provider/Style/URI.html

https://manpages.debian.org/testing/pal/vcard2pal.1.en.html could
probably be fixed by us, as could the links from our wiki, but it looks
like there are also links to it from code on github.
