Building the Debian Website without all the DSA sub sites

Hi,

is it possible to skip all the build of the DSA specific sites while
building up a local modified version of the webwml repo?

It takes an huge amount of time (approx. over 80%) to build all the DSAs
which are quite completely irrelevant for checking modifications on the
main central websites.
