Debian Ports : urls giving 401/403

Hello,

Please Suggest what should to do with links those are  403 FORBIDDEN and 401 UNAUTHORIZED?

Example
https://www.debian.org/ports/powerpc/index.da.html

has "Installing Debian GNU/Linux on a p630 LPAR (7028-6C4)" links to https://people.debian.org/~fmw/p630-LPAR-Debian-en.txt gives 403

Should I remove these links?
