Broken links to tags in all packages

When visiting any package page, say: https://packages.debian.org/buster/debconf Right after the description there is a link to Tags: in the line "Tags: System Administrator ..." that points to: https://debtags.alioth.debian.org/edit.html?pkg=debconf But debtags.alioth.debian.org is not resolvable.
