How can set my commit log's timezone?

Hello. I am Korean. It's GMT+9.
Someone said my git commit log doesn't fit the time zone.
How can I check my commit log?

I commit sometimes at salsa.debian.org web interface,
and sometimes git command at Linux terminal.

How can fix my setting if my time zone setting is not correct ?

Help me please.
