I just uploaded the package to buster-backports today. The binary 
packages haven't been published yet. You can track the progress here:

The ones that have finished should be published in a few hours.

At the last dinstall, the source was published but there were no 
binaries yet. Not sure if the 500 error is related to that. In any case, 
reassigned for the packages.d.o maintainers to have a look.
