Over the years our group has assisted many ag and ranch families transition their holdings into net leased investments such as Chick-fil-A, CVS, 7-Eleven,and other essential needs type of properties on a 1031 exchange. Currently we are working with several exchange buyers that are selling some of their orchards and ranch lands and transitioning into commercial estate as NNN investments are a flight to safety and generate long term passive income.
