Not worth raising a full bug report, I think: On page
https://www.debian.org/international/Turkish.en.html  - Also, we suggest
you to visit the site Debian-tr <http://www.debian-tr.org> where you can
find more detailed Turkish documentation.

It looks to me as if the Debian-tr site referenced has not been renewed  /
lost to domain squatting. I'm guessing that the translations will also have
to be updated.
